2 W H O A R E W E? SMIT CREATOR is a non-profit organization from Krakow which the main purpose is to exchange creative ideas, promotion of values, tradition and art in the countries of Europe and beyond. It aims to contribute to intercultural dialogue and exchange creating a common ground for cooperation with scientific, cultural and educational fields at an international level. We work since 2011, and evolve in a great pace. A B O U T T H E P R O J E C T An idea, we all have it. In the morning while drinking a coffee we think, we reflect about greater things. What if our idea would be the one that could change the world and make it a better place. How to spread our thoughts and inspire others? TED Thought Education Dissemination is a TC that aims to equip youth workers with needed competencies to communicate their passion. We will invite 24 youth workers to Murzasichle, Poland from 12th to 19th of January We will enhance their communication competencies and empower skills of spreading their ideas to inspire youngsters they work with. While using methods of non-formal education in the atmosphere of tolerance and solidarity we will focus on communication as a key factor in their work. As a final result participants will share their new-gained knowledge on a conference in Krakow. Later on, the created "TED Talks will be distributed and uploaded to social media and other platforms to spread our passion and inspire others.

3 VENUE Murzasichle is a village that lies in the administrative district of Gmina Poronin, within Tatra County, Lesse Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It lies approximately 5 km south-east of Poronin, 7 km east of Zakopane, and 84 km south of the regional capital Kraków. The village has a population of 1,100 inhabitants. Its name came from merging of the names of two settlements: Mur and Zasichle. The village is part of Podhale region and is inhabited by Gorals. HOW TO GET THERE Murzasichle is reachable only by car or by provided by our organization bus. The nearest airport is Kraków (KRK). Also, recommended airports are Warsaw (WAW) and Katowice (KTW). We will provide to all of the participants a bus from Zakopane that will take them to the venue of the project. We will set a meeting point from where the bus will pick them up. Please let us know how are you planning to arrive in Poland and we will give you more details about your trip from the airport to the meeting point. Please note, that the provided bus from Zakopane to the venue of the project and back will cost each participant 5 euro, that will be deducted from the reimbursement.

4 REIMBURSEMENT We will reimburse your travel costs according to the rules of Erasmus+ Programme. Reimbursement of travel costs will be done upon presenting original tickets, receipts/invoice and boarding passes. Reimbursement will be done in EURO, regardless of the currency indicated on your ticket and a receipt/invoice. All the participant will get reimbursement up to 2 months after the end of the activity via bank transfer to the sending organization.
