3 RCMA Antitrust Guidelines Review Do not discuss current or future prices Do not discuss past prices unless legal counsel is present and has approved the discussion framework Do not discuss an increase or decrease in price Do not discuss allocating markets or customers Do not discuss refusing to deal with a company because of its pricing or distribution practices

4 RCMA Activity Policy Review Each RCMA member representative is required to: Represent its company in a highly professional manner during industry meetings considering opposing views and maintaining decorum in RCMA sessions Treat all members, staff, and guests with dignity, courtesy, and respect Avoid conduct or comments that could be construed as sexual or racial harassment or discrimination

6 RCMA Mission Statement RCMA is a strategic partnership of roof coating manufacturers and affiliates that provides a unified voice to advance, promote, and expand the national and international market for roof coatings through education, outreach, technical advancement, and advocacy of industry issues.

7 RCMA / RRCI Merger Complete! Transfer of RRCI Assets Last month, RCMA received a majority of RRCI s assets RRCI Website and Social Media RRCI s website is automatically redirecting visitors to RCMA RRCI s LinkedIn members are being migrated over to RCMA RRCI Technical Bulletins and Document RCMA is in the process of collecting RRCI s existing technical bulletins and other relevant documents

9 RCMA Strategic Planning Session In November 2014, the RCMA / RRCI Board of Directors held a joint strategic planning session The participants discussed RCMA s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, and other critical issues From that discussion, the participants determined RCMA s five primary strategic objectives to focus on

Optimize the RCMA / RRCI merger synergies for maximum benefit to the members and the industry Opportunities for membership recruitment Capture and expand RRCI programs and marketing Perform outreach to key audiences within larger industry Enhance and drive committee participation Identify and mentor younger members in the industry Celebrate and promote the RCMA / RRCI merger

11 RCMA Strategic Planning Session 2. Ensure, enhance, and communicate the value of RCMA across all member and stakeholder segments Develop an annual report to communicate achievements Circulate newsletter to wider audience Archive articles, tech bulletins, white papers for future use Redesign RCMA website and migrate over RRCI content Ensure that RCMA Associate members are receiving value Look to create additional tools (VOC maps, tax rebates)

Proactively influence industry issues relating to government policies and regulations impacting roof coatings and adhesives Maintain areas where we are doing well (VOC, codes, etc) Explore creating codes tracking map Monitor international regulations and standards Possibly increase federal and state lobbying activities Explore how best to proactively support elected officials Create clearinghouse to monitor CRRC, ASTM, MRCA, etc Explore process to communicate RCMA positions Continue RCMA Government Affairs Legislative Day

Be the recognized technical and education resource for the roof coatings members and the building industry Develop tools for education on regional / local level Import marketing and education programs from RRCI Grow library of technical bulletins and white papers Optimize website to highlight educational resources Reinvigorate the speakers bureau Consider best ways to use video to spread messages Determine how best to correct inaccurate information Get marketing staff from members involved more

14 RCMA Strategic Planning Session 5. Achieve 50% operating reserve within 5 years Develop target amount for each year and determine mechanism to fund reserve account Increase RCMA s non-dues revenue Explore new sponsorship opportunities Review RCMA s current membership dues structure
