2 M A C A U 完成了上午的參觀發電廠環節後, 參加者聚首一堂於酒店享用豐富午餐 午餐後參加者一行到威尼斯人酒店內的澳門大學教育中心開始下午的職安健講座, 我們協會邀請到澳門電力股份有限公司代表 Mr. Edmond Etchri( 主講題目 : CEM HSE Management) 及金門建築有限公司代表 Mr. Tiger Wong 黃嘉俊 ( 主講題目 : 金門建築工地安全和健康經驗分享 ) 以及由澳門大學代表 Miss Olivia Wong, 主講題目 : (Functional Head of Safety and Environmental Affairs, University of Macau,HSE Management) 參加者對講座內容, 十分感興趣並踴躍發問 有參加者更建議本會多舉辦澳門香港兩地互訪, 促進了兩地職安健的交流, 提昇業界安全 2

3 S a f e F o r e m a n A w a r d 安全管工獎 2011 安全管工獎 2011 頒獎典禮已於 9 月 16 日順利舉行 本活動由明建會和註冊安全主任協會合辦, 目的旨在確認工地管工對工地安全之重要性並表揚管工對安全之承擔 我們熱烈祝賀各位得獎管工, 並冀望各管工能積極推動工地安全, 與安全從業員通力合作, 為香港建造業諦造更優越的工作環境 本年度活動反應熱烈, 共收得超過 352 份參賽表格, 其中超過 50 份為聯營機構 參賽管工表現對工地安全知識有豐富認識外, 對工地安全更有著獨到的見解 ; 對短期改善措施及長遠安全計劃均有實際而可行的建議 管工們對工地安全的執著和認真, 在工地安全的參與度日益增加, 我們對此感到非常鼓舞 經過初選後, 在芸芸參賽者中, 最後十強的安全管工誕生, 而 2011 年安全管工獎冠軍得主是鍾卓雄先生 瑞安承建有限公司 2011 年度安全管工獎冠軍由主瑞安建築鍾卓雄先生奪得 主辦單位與獲獎人土合照 主辦單位與眾多參賽得獎者大合照 2011 年安全管工獎 最後十強張偉智 俊和建築有限公司熊國華 Excel Engineering Co. 6 A n n u a l G e n e r a l M e e t i n g Venture Track Program Forum 2011 The Venture Track Program was organized by Department of Civil and Structural Engineering of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University on 19th November 2011 at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. It is an activity which includes interchange of information and new regimes in occupational health and safety area for the participants through open forum dialogue. The purpose of the program is to: 1. Promote occupational health and safety and competency of personnel in area of occupational health and safety. 2. Assist in the provision of new and innovative health and safety information. President of the SRSO Mr. Jesse Hau was invited to deliver a talk to share his point of view to the current safety measures, case sharing from his abundant experience, and an introduction of SRSO. 6

Notes for Contributors 1. OSH Review aims to provide a platform for sharing information and ideas on the law, practice and theory of Occupational Safety and Health. All contributions to this end including those in related fields such as engineering, humanities, management and social science are all welcome. 2. OSH Review prefers short articles of no more than 4,000 words. Submissions should include an electronic version or hard copy and should be sent to one of the Editors. Titles, headings and subheadings should be short and footnotes should be kept to a minimum. Neutral citations should be included for all authorities cited or footnoted. We reserve the right to make any changes. 3. The contributors retain copyright in the words used, but upon submission of material for publication, grant the Society a license to publish the submission in print and / or digital formats. The Society retains copyright in the design, format and layout of all material published in the OSH Review. The contributors shall also obtain and supply with the manuscript written permission for any quotation from copyrighted sources.
