3 Introduction & Opportunity Artisanal tailings processing facility liberates Gold, Silver and contaminants. Concept Execution Growth The Company re-processes artisanal tailings to remove contamination while benefitting from the recovery of gold and silver at remarkably low capital and operating costs. Newlox has completed the design & construction of its first 80 tonnes per day processing facility in Costa Rica. Roughly 1 million US dollars has been invested with all significant CAPEX invested. Multiple, small scale, operations will generate the operational cash flow and support organic growth. Expansion opportunities have been identified in the region with advanced due-diligence in progress at two targets.

4 Approach & Differentiation Small Scale Newlox is at the forefront of a paradigm shift in the metals supply chain towards low-cost, rapidly commissionable projects which can recycle historical wastes and generate high margin revenues. Low Cost Small scale or minimal disturbance operations are inherently more environmentally and socially friendly. Tailings re-processing goes further to provide immediate social & economic benefits to local stakeholders. Asset Value In addition to establishing its processing business, the Company is acquiring valuable mineral properties. Traditional mining and exploration on these assets will be farmed out in return for royalties.

Keevil Institute of Mining Engineering at UBC to establish socially and environmentally responsible tailings solutions. The company s first processing facility has been built following extensive testing at UBC and is now being readied for full scale commercial operation. The UBC team remain involved in the process and continue to support the Company s endeavours. Newlox combines Mr Jackson s family business of mining with his passion for environmental sustainability. Gary MacDonald, CEO: has over 25 years of Natural Resource experience with an extensive background in mining. He currently serves on the board of several public and private companies with global reach. Mr MacDonald has served in all-encompassing roles from field to boardroom consisting of initial assessment and diligence, (pre-start-up), financing, exploration, development, operations, production, management, and negotiating asset /company buyouts. Jeffrey Benavides, Chief Financial Officer: resides in Costa Rica and manages the accounts payables, receivables, payroll, cost controls, purchasing systems, and inventory control.
