5 Visa Commercial Card Terms & Conditions: The Offer is valid from 1 January to 30 June 2015 (both dates inclusive) (the Promotion Period ). The Offer is available to qualifying holders of the following types of Visa Commercial cards issued in Hong Kong (the Promotion Card ): - Visa Commercial Card - Visa Business Card - Visa Corporate Card - Visa Purchasing Card To qualify for the Offer, a Promotion Cardholder has to make a transaction (with receipt evidence) for the purchase of any air ticket, travel package, tour or overseas hotel booking using his/her Promotion Card during Promotion Period (a Qualifying Promotion Cardholder ). Qualifying Promotion Cardholders are required to present and settle payment with their Promotion Cards using VisaNET in order to enjoy the Offer. During the Promotion Period, Qualifying Promotion Cardholders who use their Promotion Card to make a booking via the Promotion Booking Hotline for pickup(s) between Hong Kong International Airport and their local address in Hong Kong (each a Pickup ) may enjoy a special exclusive rate of HK$150 for one single trip. Please check with Parklane Limousine Service Limited (a Merchant ) for service location coverage. Each Qualifying Promotion Cardholder can enjoy the Single Trip Offer no more than 4 times in any calendar month during the Promotion Period. One Promotion Card receipt evidencing payment of air ticket, travel package, tour or overseas hotel booking with their Promotion Card must be presented per Single Trip Offer. The same Promotion Card receipt cannot be used repeatedly for redemption of this offer. The Offer is subject to availability and must be pre-booked by the Qualifying Promotion Cardholder with completed booking form via visa@hongkonglimo.com at least 72 hours prior to the intended Pickup. Booking enquiries and booking form can be provided by Merchant by calling the Promotion Booking Hotline ((852) ). 60-day advance booking is accepted. Visa and Merchant reserve the right to make the final decision in case of any disputes. Qualifying Promotion Cardholders are required to fax or their receipt(s) evidencing payment of air ticket, travel package, tour or overseas hotel booking with their Promotion Card, at latest 7 days after the Pickup, to verify their entitlement to enjoy the Offer. Failure to fax such receipt(s) will result in the Qualifying Promotion Cardholders not being entitled to the special rate under the Offer, and being charged the normal price of HK$590 (Single trip) for the Pickup. The Offer is valid for vehicle models of Mercedes-Benz S-Class and Toyota Alphard ( Promotion Vehicles ) and is subject to availability. Merchant reserves the right to replace the Promotion Vehicles of a similar grade when necessary. The rate is inclusive of the luggage handling charges, fuel, tunnel & bridge tolls, Qualifying Promotion Cardholders shall settle all payment upon booking made. Mid-night charge of HK$150 will be applied after 12:00am midnight and before 6:00 am. Offer reservation and choice of limousine model are subject to availability. Parking fee will be charged separately upon cardholders request for parking service. Luggage handling limit is subject to the luggage compartment capacity of the vehicle. For a waiting time of 20 minutes and above for each Pickup (departure), a waiting charge will be imposed to Qualifying Promotion Cardholders by Merchant at HK$300 per one hour block ( Waiting Charge ). The Merchant will charge the total fee for no show of the Qualifying Promotion Cardholders after a waiting time of 1 hour from scheduled pick up time. For airport Pickup, a maximum waiting time of 45 minutes for each Pickup will be allowed before the Waiting Charge is imposed. The Merchant will charge the total fee for no show of the Qualifying Promotion Cardholders after a waiting time of 2 hours from scheduled ETA. For arrival flight delays from scheduled ETA, the Pickup service will be subject to availability. The Pickup service will be offered depending on the traffics & bad weather conditions. An extra HK$200 will be charged for each extra stop en-route to destination. 50% of the total fee will be charged for cancellations made less than 8 hours before each Pickup. Qualifying Promotion Cardholders will be charged the total fee if there is a no show. Qualifying Promotion Cardholders shall call the Merchant at least 8 hours before the appointment for any amendment and all amendment is subject to availability and final confirmation by Merchant. When black rainstorm warning or typhoon signal no.8 or higher is in effect in Hong Kong, Merchant reserves the right to make the final decision on whether or not the Pickup services is still available. The Offer is not transferable, cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, other products or discounts. If there are any urgent matters, cardholders can call Parklane 24 hours Supporting Hotline ((852) ). The Offer is provided by Merchant, Visa Inc. and its affiliated companies (collectively Visa ) accept no liability for the quality of services provided by Merchant, or for any non-availability of the Offer. Visa and Merchant reserve the right to amend, change or cancel any detail concerning the Offer or these terms and conditions. Neither Merchant nor Visa will notify cardholders separately of any such change. Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the procurement or attempted procurement by a cardholder of any goods and/or services under the Offer shall be settled by the cardholder directly with Merchant. To the extent permitted by law, Visa shall not be liable to any person for any claim, loss, damages, cost or expense (whether direct, indirect or otherwise) in relation to any personal injury, death, misrepresentation, damage or omission arising from or in connection with the usage or attempted usage of the Offer or goods and/or services provided under the Offer. In case of any dispute relating to the Offer or these terms and conditions, the decision of Visa and Merchant shall be final and conclusive. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail. These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
