5 PPENDIX C: EDUCTOR EQUITY EXTENSION Instructions: If an SE requests an extension for calculating and reporting student-level educator equity data under 34 C.F.R (d)(3), it must: (1) provide a detailed plan and timeline addressing the steps it will take to calculate and report, as expeditiously as possible but no later than three years from the date it submits its initial consolidated State plan, the data required under 34 C.F.R (c)(3)(i) at the student level and (2) complete the tables below.
