Ołowianka 1, Gdańsk, Poland) on 08 July 2011 from 9:00 until 16:00. The morning session of the meeting will focus on how to maximise the use of evaluation findings while the afternoon session will be dedicated to evaluation methods. Please find in Annex the draft programme with the main questions which will be debated. In order to have a live discussion we invite you to reflect on your experience in advance of the meeting. The agenda and the supporting documents will be posted on the Circa website ahead of the meeting. Please note that in principle no paper copies of the documents will be provided for this meeting at the conference venue. I would be grateful if you could confirm your participation by 15 June at the latest to empl-a3-unit@ec.europa.eu. Expenses will be covered by the Commission under the relevant rules and procedures. For governmental experts, these foresee the reimbursement of the travel expenses of maximum one representative per Member State for the entire meeting. The documents necessary for the reimbursement must be provided no later than 30 calendar days after the meeting. Please note that you are invited to organise your own travel and hotel arrangements.
