3 9:15 to 10:00 Panel: Policy perspectives on the future of health and social well-being in the region Panellists will inform on the priorities in the Baltic Sea Region that are relevant to health and social well-being initiatives, and the NDPHS will outline its role as a linking agent among these priorities. Moderator: Mr. Wiking Husberg Panellists: Ms Frederiek Mantingh, WHO Euro, will inform on EU and WHO level priorities for health relevant for the Baltic Sea Region Mr. Dmitry Chugaev, Russian Ministry of Health, will inform on the Russian Federation s Strategy for the Social and Economic Development of the Northwestern Federal District for the Period up to the Year 2020 Mr. Christian Råbergh, Baltic Sea Network ESF, will inform on priorities for the European Social Fund in relation to the EUSBSR and Priority Area Health 10:00 to 10:30 Break Tea, coffee, and snacks served 10:30 to 11:15 Panel: Health and social well-being projects Project partners will share the lessons learned from their project development and implementation processes, including: the successes and challenges they faced, partnership recruitment and development, project development processes, and methods of project implementation.
