This icludes adequate badwidth requiremets, trasparecy ito services ad capabilities, ad a streamlied coect service catalog. The strategic goals of the portfolio iclude: As-a-Service Delivery, Improve Wig Resiliece through Cyber Eviromet for Airme to Thrive I, ad Software-defied Network. Icludes coectig a Air Force Base to the Defese Iformatio Systems Network (DISN), ad users to a base backboe. I the coect capability area, the BITI program will deliver wired ad wireless etwork ifrastructure at each Active Duty, Air Force Reserve ad Air Natioal Guard base. Additioally, the Air Force is workig with Defese Iformatio Systems Agecy (DISA) to implemet Multi-protocol Label Switchig i the AF Gateways today ad the DISA/Joit Multi-protocol Label Switchig trasport architecture i the ear future. Multi-protocol Label Switchig provides the ability to cotrol where ad how traffic is routed o the service s etwork, to maage capacity, prioritize differet services, ad prevet cogestio.
