If you are JUST ordering a cap and gown unit (nothing more) you do not pay handling. Cap size is NOT needed. Return Policy All refunds must be requested BEFORE the date of graduation. A refund can not be issued if it is past the date of graduation or you have received your cap and gown package. Late fees and handling are NOT refundable. Dated or personalized products (i.e.: most of the announcement items) are NOT refundable.
