1 CommBiz User Guide. Market Rate Loan Dashboard About this guide. This guide takes you through features of the Market Rate Loan Dashboard, where you can view and manage your Market Rate Loan Arrangements and Loan Accounts, upcoming events and Service Requests all in a single place. This guide describes three sections of the Market Rate Loan Dashboard: I. Arrangements and Accounts II. Upcoming Events III. My Requests To help you understand the terms used in this guide - you can refer to the Definition of Terms, the Current Terms and Conditions for Business Finance or the CommBiz Terms and Conditions. Before you start. Access to the Market Rate Loan Dashboard requires an additional level of security. You will only be able to access and view the Market Rate Loan Dashboard if the Admin (Administrator) has linked / added the Market Rate Loan Arrangement(s) to the CommBiz Service in which you have access to. Administrators can refer to the CommBiz User Guide - Adding an Arrangement for more instructions. Important information. This guide is published solely for information purposes. As this guide has been prepared without considering your objectives, financial situation or needs, you should consider its appropriateness to your circumstances and if necessary seek the appropriate professional advice before acting on the information in this guide. Where this guide is inconsistent with the Current Terms and Conditions for Business Finance or the CommBiz Terms and Conditions, the Current Terms and Conditions for Business Finance and the CommBiz Terms and Conditions prevail to the extent of such inconsistency

2 Definition of Terms Arrangement An Arrangement is the particular facility under which the Bank makes financial accommodation available to you. For example, a Market Rate Loan is an Arrangement that provides an umbrella limit offering multiple Loan Accounts. Arrangement Type An Arrangement Type is a specific banking product (such as Bank Guarantees or Market Rate Loan) that an Arrangement is for. Arrangement Number The unique number / identifier for the Arrangement. This can be found in the Offer Document and Account Confirmation document. For Market Rate Loans - this is known as the Facility Number. Arrangement Holder Type An Arrangement Holder Type is the structure of the borrower / facility holder that the Arrangement is for - this can be a Company, Government, Incorporated Association, Partnership / Joint, Sole Proprietor / Firm, Trust and Unincorporated Association entity. Authoriser(s) An identified individual that has been granted permission to submit transaction(s) on the CommBiz Service for specific products. Available Balance The amount available for Drawdown or Balance Increase when the Arrangement is not drawn up to the Limit. Balance Decrease / Decrease Repayments to reduce the Loan Balance of a Loan Account on Reset Date. Balance Increase / Increase Subsequent Drawdown from the Available Balance of an Arrangement to a Loan Account on Reset Date. Consolidation Combine two or more Loan Accounts with the same Reset Date under an Arrangement into an existing Loan Account with a consolidated Loan Balance. Current Reset Date Current or past Reset Date of the Loan Account. Dashboard A CommBiz page providing a summary view of your Arrangements, Loan Accounts and Service Requests at a point in time. Electronic Facility Authority The Electronic Facility Authority is the authority form submitted by a CommBiz Administrator to grant individual(s) the ability view and/or transact on specific Arrangements on CommBiz. Identified / Unidentified User An Identified User is an individual that has completed identification and verification checks with the Bank. An Unidentified User is an individual that has not completed identification / verification checks with the Commonwealth Bank. Unidentified Users must complete these checks before the user can submit a Maintenance Service Request. Loan Funding Date The date on which the Bank debits the requested amount from your Available Balance to a Loan Account. Maintenance Service Request / Service Request A Maintenance Service Request is an administration task raised by a CommBiz user to make changes to their CommBiz products, profile and/or authorities. New Drawdown A new request to Drawdown from the Available Balance of an Arrangement. Next Reset Date Reset Date in the future determined by the Current Reset Date and Rollover Period Page 2 of 11

3 I. View Arrangements & Accounts 1. Open your internet browser, visit and log in to CommBiz using your password AND your token password from your security token. 2. The CommBiz Home Page is displayed. Click on the MRL Dashboard icon. 3. The Market Rate Loan Dashboard page is displayed with information about your Market Rate Loans. The first Market Rate Loan Arrangement is displayed in expanded view Page 3 of 11

4 4. Arrangements are displayed by Arrangement Number in ascending order. To view your other Arrangements, simply click on (to expand) or (to collapse) on top right of each Arrangement header. 5. Each Arrangement in expanded view displays up to 4 Loan Accounts. Loan Accounts are displayed in ascending order by Account numbers. To view more accounts under an Arrangement, use the scroll bar on the right of the account table Page 4 of 11

5 6. An Arrangement may have link(s) to: a. Create Drawdown request if there is more $20,000 in Available Balance. To initiate a New Drawdown, click on the Create Drawdown request link. For instructions on how to Create a New Drawdown request, refer to the CommBiz User Guide Market Rate Loan Service Request: New Drawdown b. Create Consolidation request if there is at least two or more Loan Accounts under an Arrangement where the Loan Account IRRM is No, Repayment type is Interest Only and have the same Next Rate Reset Dates. For instructions on how to Create a Consolidation request, refer to the CommBiz User Guide Market Rate Loan Service Request: Consolidation 7. In the accounts table, there is a Create request for column. Loan Account(s) have a Balance Increase / Decrease link if the Next Rate Reset Date is within the next 30 calendar days. All other accounts will have N/A displayed. To initiate a Balance Increase / Decrease request, click on the Balance Increase / Decrease link. For instructions on how to complete a: a. 7 II. View Upcoming Events 1. Scrolling down the Dashboard page, the Upcoming events section is displayed. You can view upcoming rate reset events up to 12 months in advance. 2. Events are denoted by a red circle on the month. The number in the circle indicates the number of events occurring on the specific month. To view the events, click on the month. Note: Only current (same day) and future events will be displayed. Past events are not displayed. 3. Rate Reset events are displayed by date in ascending order followed by Arrangement number and Account number & Name. Note: If there are more than four Rate Reset events per month, use the scroll bar on the right of the Upcoming events table to view more Page 7 of 11

8 III. View My Requests 1. Scrolling down the Dashboard page, the My Request section is displayed. You can view the status of requests that are: In Progress recently submitted requests under review; Processed submitted requests that have been successfully completed; Expired submitted requests not actioned by the due date plus 10 business days. The number of Service Requests are denoted by a red circle in each of the three sections. 2. To view more Service Requests, use the scroll bar on the far right of the request table Page 8 of 11

9 3. The Remaining Day(s) column denotes the number of days remaining from today until the Service Request Effective Date. A positive number indicates the number of days remaining before the Effective Date. A negative number indicates the number of days past / overdue since the Effective Date. Service Requests that more than 10 business days overdue will move to the Expired section. Note: Service Requests in the Expired section will have Remaining Day(s) displayed as N/A. 4. A View Details link is displayed next to each Service Request on the far right column of the My Request table Page 9 of 11

10 5. If the View Details link is clicked for an MRL New Drawdown Service Request, a Drawdown request details pop-up is displayed. Note: The status of the Service Request reflects whether the View Details link is clicked for a Service Request that is In Progress (Submitted), Processed or Expired. 6. If the View Details link is clicked for an MRL Account Balance Increase Service Request, a Balance Increase request details pop-up is displayed. Note: The status of the Service Request reflects whether the View Details link is clicked for a Service Request that is In Progress (Submitted), Processed or Expired Page 10 of 11
