7 KNOWING WHO IS WHO - Provide right ID & information. Decide who among the three will be the person to receive company s notifications. Qualified EXEC ID The person who has qualified to participate in LTO & is eligible to purchase total 10 sets in circle group. The ID of the order will be placed under. This should be the person who is receiving volumes. This person should be a local ID. Buyer ID ORDER Receiver This should be the person who is receiving products. You need to have the name and a valid local address.

14 TIPS Credit Card Payment 1. Prepare multiple credit cards in case one failed although only 1 card can be used in each order. 2. Check balance of credit limit in advance. Ask for temporary increase of credit limit, make early payment for previous balance amount, or update personal income, etc. 3. Notify bank in advance about making big amount transactions during LTO period. 4. Check with bank whether your card can be used for internet transaction and whether there is a limit of maximum amount per transaction.

15 TIPS making multiple orders 1. Create a file of list of all buyers you will purchase on behalf and their information. 2. Collect buyer s information in the same order as LTO online order flow. 3. Use cut & paste when filling in information required in each field to save time & prevent typos. Review carefully before confirm. 4. Check periodically for order status update. Set up notifications for incoming mails reminder.

Please recreate a new order with a different payment card. Subject to stocks availability. - COMPLETED : Order is ready for delivery.

32 Q & A 1) What will happen if payment failed and my credit card is declined? Order will be automatically cancelled. No stocks will be reserved. No inventory will be held. No payment amendment can be made online or via Nu Skin office. Need to re-create a new order with a different card and subject to stocks availability.
