PAWAN KUMAR SHARMA DUSIB Will the Minister of Urban Development be please to state: (a) (b) (c) (d) (e) whether it is a fact that records have been prepared of vacant land of DUSIB in Adarsh Nagar Assembly Constituency; If so, details thereof; If not, by when such records will be prepared; Whether there is any scheme of the government to make boundary wall after taking possession of such vacant land so that it may be used appropriately in public interest; and Whether it is also a fact that survey of vacant land in A-Block of Jahangir Puri was done by Executive Engineer and other officers and assurance was given by these officers to make Community hall and toilet block but no action has been taken till date in this regard? 1 1

SAURABH BHARDWAJ Urban Development Will the Minister of Urban Development be please to state: (a) Number of stalls/temporary shops which have been allowed by SDMC in weekly bazaar at Sheikh Sarai, Phase-I & Phase-II in AC-50; (b) Please provide drawings showing demarcation of area allocated/permitted for weekly bazaar at Sheikh Sarai, Phase-I & Phase-II in G.K. (AC-50); (c) Details of allottees who are allowed to put their stalls in above weekly bazaars; 2 2

SUKHBIR SINGH DALAL Urban Development Will the Minister of Urban Development be please to state: (a) (b) (c) (d) (e) Present status of NOC for Rama Vihar, Utsav Vihar Part-I, Baldev Vihar, Shiv Vihar, Utsav Vihar Part- II; whether it is a fact that there is a dispute at Khasra No.23 at Rama Vihar, Mundka Vidhan Sabha due to which the colony has not been provided NOC; if so, reasons thereof; Details of policy of construction of roads connecting two or more colonies in Delhi; whether it is a fact that DSIIDC is not issuing NOC to other departments like Irrigation and Flood Control for execution of development works in colonies handed over to DSIIDC; (f) (g) (h) if so, reasons thereof; which agency prepares GSDL maps of various colonies, forest areas etc in Delhi; which authority verifies the authenticity of GSDL maps in Delhi; 5 5

VISHESH RAVI Urban Development Will the Minister of Urban Development be please to state: (a) (b) (c) Whether it is a fact that scores of small scale industries have came up on both sides of Military Road near MCD Office in Karol Bagh; Whether it is also a fact that trade/factory/industrial activities are being carried out in portions of residential properties in violation of policy of MCD and provisions of MPD-2021; whether it is also a fact that there are unauthorized industrial units with no regulatory norms running 10 10

12 37 in residential area and involved in Jeans factory, washing plants, etc. using illegal power connection; (d) (e) (f) (g) whether it is also a fact that with influx of people associated with these industries there are blatant safety & regulatory violations in the area in terms of fire, water and waste disposal posing danger as man made disaster; whether action has been taken by the department against concerned officials of the department with whose connivance power connections have been given to these industrial units resulting in unauthorized industrial activity in the area; whether it is a fact that local MLA had made complaints on the above issues to Power Department through letter No /04/07/18 dated ; and if so, action taken by the department on the complaint? 34 SH. ANIL KUMAR BAJPAI Power Will the Minister of Power be please to state: (a) whether it is a fact that in Gandhi Nagar Assembly constituency, LED lights were installed from MLA LAD Fund; 11 11

14 39 condition on which granted, complaints, if any and contact details of authorities which entertain complaints against each licence operational at present in Malviya Nagar Assembly Constituency; (c) (d) (e) (f) (g) (h) (i) (j) Whether it is a fact that liquor outlet run by DTTDC in Yusuf Sarai Market has been shifted to B-6, Safdarjung Enclave market; If so, copy of all the orders relevant to shifting may be provided; What decision has been taken by the department on the complaint made by local MLA against shifting of above liquor shop; Whether it is a fact that protests were made by the residents and RWAs where above liquor shop was shifted; If so, action taken by the department on their demand; Whether it is also a fact that the liquor shop owner moved to Delhi High Court to get an order against the protesters; If so, copy of the order may be provided; What were the reasons because of which DTTDC did not apprise the court that there was no locus of liquor shop owner to ask for relief against the protesters; 13 13

SANJEEV JHA Information & Publicity Will the Deputy Chief Minister be please to state: (a) (b) (c) (d) (e) whether it is a fact that DIP has issued an office order deputing its employees in Shabdarth without the approval and concurrence of Shabdarth Chairman; whether it is also a fact that those deputed in DIP as Assistant Information Officers have also been posted as Media Managers in Shabdarth without following any procedure; under which rule DIP employees have been given dual posting in Shabdarth; and whether any extra salary is being given to these employees; and if so, with whose approval and the amount thereof? 14 14

Cluster residents living behind have to face lot of problems while moving from this area; (c) (d) (e) Whether it is also a fact that the residents and RWA of Vishnu Garden have been requesting for shifting of this J.J. Cluster since 1996; Whether there is any proposal of the Government to re-habilitate these Jhuggi Clusters; and If so, by when? 16 16
