5 Stage I forest clearance of 44.5 Km out of 125 km approved vide MoEF letter no 8-38/2010-FC dated Stage II forest clearance has been forwarded to Govt. of India by State Govt. vide letter no Forest land -09/ (E) dated Observation from MoEF regarding the certificate of FRA-2006 from DM-Bhojpur and Buxar which are pending with DM s. However, work may be executed even Stage II clearance is not obtained as per MoEF Letter no.
