2 SPGM-5 The News Break Snatcher INTRODUCTION The news break snatcher is the 5 th element of the spgm-system. This very unique trading system is designed to help reduce incidents of very annoying losses recorded by traders worldwide due to release of high impact news which brings about very rapid price movement and large whipsaws in the market in almost daily basis. At times like that, lots of stop losses are triggered and many accounts are crashed. SPGM-5 is capable of giving you a very reliable clue of the direction such sharp price movement will likely go up to 1-2hrs prior to the release of high impact news. SPGM- 5 is strictly applied to only high impact news. SETUP Pairs: All pairs Time frame: Daily and 15mins Indicators: sma5 BUY TRIGGER The News Breakout Snatcher For a buy trigger, first of all, several hours before news release, say 3-4hrs, go to daily chart of your chosen pair to make sure sma5 on daily is in a clear buy mode as shown below; Chart-1 2

3 Then two hours before release of news, switch to 15mins chart and watch out for a two consecutive close of candle above sma5 and when this occurs, you may take a long position at retrace of price to touch sma5 after the open of the third candle. Chart-2 STOP LOSS Set your stop loss below the most recent swing low before the two consecutive candle close above sma5. EXIT TARGET Your exit should be targeted at the next key resistance level at sight. NOTE If sma5 on daily chart is in sell mode, and 15mins chart triggers a buy just before news release, then your exit should be set at the price of sma5 on daily chart. More so, if sma5 on daily is in buy mode and 15mins chart triggers a buy then do not expect any correctional move after the effect of the news because the trigger for a buy on the 15mins chart would be considered a trend booster since sma5 on daily chart is in clear buy mode however, if sma5 is in sell mode on daily and 15mins chart triggers a buy, 3

4 then you should expect a correctional move of price after the news effect in the direction of the trend on daily such correctional move is confirmed at first candle close below sma5 (not two) on the 15mins chart. SELL TRIGGER For a sell trigger, first of all, several hours before news release, say 3-4hrs, go to daily chart of your chosen pair to make sure sma5 on daily is in a clear sell mode as shown below; Chart-3 Then two hours before release of news, switch to 15mins chart and watch out for a two consecutive close of candle below sma5 and when this occurs, you may take a long position at retrace of price to touch sma5 after the open of the third candle. 4

5 Chart-4 STOP LOSS Set your stop loss above the most recent swing high before the two consecutive candle close below sma5. NOTE If sma5 on daily chart is in buy mode, and 15mins chart triggers a sell just before news release, then your exit should be set at the price of sma5 on daily chart. More so, if sma5 on daily is in sell mode and 15mins chart triggers a sell then do not expect any correctional move after the effect of the news because the trigger for a sell on the 15mins chart would be considered a trend booster since sma5 on daily chart is in clear sell mode however, if sma5 is in buy mode on daily and 15mins chart triggers a sell, then you should expect a correctional move of price after the news effect in the direction of the trend on daily such correctional move is confirmed at first candle close above sma5 (not two) on the 15mins chart. SUMMARY We have been able to explicitly digest spgm-5 and I believe you all will find it very simple to apply. I still want to make it clear that spgm-5 is applied only to high impact news. 5

6 For a scheduled calendar of daily news release, visit all high impact news are marked in red colour and please note the currency the news is likely to affect so as to know what pair to trade for example, all high impact news on Canadian dollar (CAD) are likely to affect USDCAD, EURCAD, CADJPY etc. More so, high impact news on USD will most likely affect pairs like EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY, USDCHF, AUDUSD etc and news on GBP will affect GBPUSD, GBPJPY, EURGBP, GBPAUD etc. I have personally monitored this system for over 6months and I was able to record 100% performance so far I think this is weird and most unbelievable but that was what I got. I have applied it successfully to the most dreaded NFP (non farm payroll), rate change of different countries and most other high impact news and not a single loosing trade incredible! With spgm-5, you no longer have to wait till the actual figure of a high impact news is released before taking trade decisions spgm-5 shows you the direction of price due to news impact way before the actual release of figures. CONCLUSION This is the first mechanical trading system I have seen that is capable of catching the moves due to high impact news release, it is possible there exist some other news trading systems but I have not heard or seen any in a little over 2yrs of trading the currency market. I must sound this note of warning, please do not just go applying spgm-5 to trading your live account, you should try it on demo to confirm my claims before daring it on your live account and when you do, risk not more than 1% of equity. Also, I will like to advice you pick only setup triggers on 15mins chart that are in line with the trend on daily chart as suggested by sma5 I do not like risking a position against the trend and am sure you don t want to either.
