8 Roger Hubley Roger Hubley is the President and Managing Partner of NetWorth Asset Management, Inc. NetWorth has two offices- one in Minneapolis, Minnesota and one in Marco Island, Florida. He has been in business since 1970 and has years of experience in investment portfolio management, financial and insurance planning services. Roger specializes in helping clients minimize taxes via Zero Tax Concepts. Roger is a life and qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) since 1970 Roger has been the Portfolio Manager for NetWorth Asset Management since the inception of the Asset Management Program. The fundamental investment strategy used for the NetWorth clientele is asset allocation. This is normally referred to as Modern Portfolio Theory. This strategy has helped NetWorth clients reduce their investment risk while striving to obtain their investment objectives. More information on the asset management program is available upon request. Mr. Hubley's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota, and two Master's Degrees in Financial Services and Business Management. In addition, he has earned several professional designations, including Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant and Certified Financial Planner. In the past, Roger has served as President of the Minnesota Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, Vice Chairman of the Education Committee for the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, Board Member of the Minneapolis Society of Financial Service Professionals member of the International Forum and the Top of the Table for MDRT. The Top of the Table represents the top 1% of Financial Service Representative in the world. Mr. Hubley received recognition from Gulfshore Life Magazine as Wealth Manager of the year in 2007, 2008, 2009 and This identifies those wealth managers that are Best in Client Satisfaction. He has also authored an article entitled "A License to Steal" which was published during the A.L. Williams term insurance vs. permanent insurance battle. This is the third consecutive year that Roger has received this honor. Roger is a resident of Marco Island, Florida. He enjoys golfing and boating in Florida as well as at his Minnesota lake home. He has been married to Sigrid since 1971.

9 Amy Hubley Amy Hubley has been an independent representative for NetWorth Asset Management since As an advisor, she specializes in long term care, insurance, and investment planning. She offers a multi-faceted approach to planning that also encompasses additional financial issues called Accumulate Capital for Tomorrow (ACT). Amy earned a Bachelor s Degree from Simpson College, and went on to serve in the Peace Corps in Africa. After working in academia for several years as a biology teacher, Amy moved back to her home town in MN to work in the family business. Amy is licensed for life, health, disability and long term care insurance. She holds the Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses, which provide the opportunity to offer investment options to clients. She is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and is currently working on the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) professional designation.
