Members Meeting Minutes September 1, 2018 at 9:00 AM Waubee Lake Lodge - Lakewood, WI Board of Directors: President-Lance Wiedenhoeft, Vice-President- John Wetli, Eric Nick, Jim Campbell, Greg Tice, Gregg Jaroch, Dan Muhlenbeck, Gary Rosenbeck, Secretary-Treasurer Sandy Heiden I. Sandy will take care of the transfer before the end of 2018 VI. Election of New Directors (vote) a. Director Positions up for election: Eric Nick, John Wetli, Dan Muhlenbeck b. All three are willing to remain on the board for a three year term

The beach area has really gotten overgrown a. Clarity makes it worse, lots of heat, and sunshine 2. We need to research what other lakes are using different vendors, especially Archibald Lake 3. Lance attending the Lake Leaders Seminars has been good for information gathering and networking b. Bottom blanket method was suggested by member Mary Sickel and discussed i. Our issue may be too big for this method c. Lake Management Plan Update $14,000-$19, Lake Plan needs to be done for any grant applications to happen Gary has worked with Tiffany 2. Thanks to Gary for all his work on this d. Lake District discussion again i. Letter will be sent to all property owners asking for a donation, even if they don t want to join the association e. Clean Boats Clean Waters Gregg Tice i. Grant given for $4,000, reimbursement grant $1,000 given so far ii. We must guaranteed 200 hours mostly holidays and weekends f.
