3 GBPUSD Trade update: An example yesterday evening that the strategy of waiting to trade post Tier 1 data and Central Bank speeches, doesn t always work in our favour. GBPUSD was sitting nicely in the sell zone identified yesterday at before BOE Carney s speech resulted in GBPUSD dropping 90 pips very quickly. 4 EURGBP Potential trade: Overnight, I placed a buy order to enter a long position should EURGBP break above range highs. The order is as follows. A stop entry to go long at.8873 o/s. 5 AUDJPY Potential trade: AUDJPY has rejected the 50% Fibonacci retracement and in doing so formed a potential reversal/loss of momentum type candle. Noticeable as well that AUDJPY is falling back into the 84.50/81.50 range of the past two months. These factors are the setup to a possible short trade, however the trigger is not until AUDJPY takes out previous lows 85.35/25 area. Hence, I will leave stop loss entry to go short at (half position size, will look to add the other half at a later stage).
