1 BOARD OF EQUALIZATION SARPY COUNTY, NEBRASKA RESOLUTION SETTING LEVY OFT AXES WHEREAS, by virtue ofneb. Rev. Stat , the Board is required by law to levy the taxes necessary for all political subdivisions within the County; and, WHEREAS, levies have been certified to the Sarpy County Clerk by those entities required to do so by Neb. Rev. Stat , as shown on the attached Exhibit A. WHEREAS, it has been represented to the Sarpy County Clerk that all special hearing, publication and notice requirements required by Neb. Rev. Stat or otherwise required by law have been met. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SARPY COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION the taxes for the current year, , are hereby levied at the rate set for the various political subdivisions as shown on the attached Exhibit A. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Clerk provide a certified copy of this resolution to the Sarpy County Assessor and the Property Tax Administrator. The above and foregoing Resolution was duly approved by a vote of the Sarpy County Board of Equalization at a public meeting duly held in accordance with applicable law on this 4th day of October, Chairman, Sarpy County Boa of Equalization
