30 26 Glossary OVERVIEW OF DEFINITIONS AND TERMS Provision value (PV): Every product is assigned a PV value. Every product has a PV value that determines commission. As a rule 100 Euro net turnover equal 1 PV. For every PV 90 Euro gross flow through the provision plan. Every partner then earns corresponding to the position in the provision plan. PPV & PGV: PPV = personal PV (personal order) PPV is a volume that exclusively YOU have personally ordered PGV = personal group volume PGV contains both PPV and all orders of your personal end customers. All partner sales with less than 1 PGV will always be assigned to the next higher partner. Active status 1 PPV: Every partner to receive provision as well as to achieve a position always requires an active status of 1 PPV each month. It also applies in Faststart. Please note that you require a personal PPV in every production month of Faststart so that your team sales could be eligible for the Faststart position qualification. E1 Neu PV*: It is a volume of your direct new partners with their end customers in their Faststart phase. The level E1 Neu PV is important for the qualification for the level 4 and higher as of position of Junior Manager as well as for the Europe pool. *Neu = new OrgaPV: Is a total volume of an organization incl. your own PPV. OrgaPV also includes your personal orders (PPV). Example: your partners have together purchased for 50 PV and you for 2 PV. Then your OrgaPV = 52 PV. BV Business volume: Each product additionally to the PV value also has a BV value that is relevant for the achievement of positions in the provision plan! This value can be raised for a short time for incentive purposes, but is not relevant for the bonuses. As a partner after Faststart achieve a new position on the basis of your qualification in the following month via the 50% rule with a corresponding turnover. In order to reach a position of a Senior Director or higher you have to achieve the required turnover over the 3 following month. The promotion will then take place in the fourth production month. Exceptions can be introduced only within the current incentives.

Generally... a structure (tree) can consist of an indefinite amount of levels in the depth Active level = partner of distribution or higher with min. 1 PPV or 1 PGV Active level... means every partner (partner of distribution or higher) with 1,0 PGV PGV can be your personal PPV or a volume of the orders of your personal end customers. Personal discounts there is 10% to 30% discount on PGV as of min. 5 PGV and higher but not for the partners in Faststart! Gross margin: Profit from the difference between the revenue and cost of a product. It is calculated in case your customer is ordering directly at WellStar. Less handling and logistics costs. Level: Inactive levels will be merged with the next higher level (level compression)! Every partner who has made min. 1 PGV turnover constitutes an active level. All the rest is considered inactive and will be compressed. Promotion into other positions takes place always in the next month irrespective of the Faststart. As of position of a "Senior Director" the qualification has to be first confirmed over the 3 following months and then the promotion takes place in the fourth month! WellStar commission calculation takes place every month for all partners with a personal qualification and a team turnover in the form of various types of bonuses.
