The use under this provision is limited to one event per calendar year per Keizer-based 501(c)(3) organization and is limited to a maximum of twelve hours usage. * Keizer residents and Keizer-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations are entitled to a 25% discount on the base rates and Government partners are entitled to a 20% discount on base use rates.
