Collateral Protection and Certification Insurance Through an "A" Rated Insurer We are provided a $5 million liability broad form coverage for each repossession which covers wrongful repossession litigation. Workman s Compensation All employees are insured under this plan. Bonding We have a total of $9 million in bond protection which covers you the lien holder. This is provided by three national recovery associations as well as an "A" Rated Insurance Company. We are members in good standing with American Recovery Association, National Finance Adjusters, Time Finance Adjusters, California Association of Licensed Recovery Agents, and Allied Finance Adjusters. Certification Weare recognized as Certified Collateral Recovery Specialist having successfully completed the C.A.R.S. National Certification Program. Our four acre storage facility is monitored and taped by 30 video cameras 24 hours a day. We also have a state of the art solar powered alarm system. The facility features two fences. One is a 10 foot wrought iron fence which is topped with 2 foot razor edged barbed wire and the second is a 10 foot, high voltage electric fence. Licensing All wreckers are currently registered through Texas Department of Transportation and hold all permits and licenses required by the state. DOT # C. 4 Services Offered: Collateral Locate Service Nationwide Skip Tracing - We employ full time professional skip tracers. Our computers are linked with numerous local, state, and federal agencies (department of motor vehicles, city public services and utilities, etc.) to provide us with the most current information. Account Forwarding We have the ability to assign your accounts on a nationwide basis to professional and well respected companies with which we have built relationships through our memberships in the five nationwide associations. Liquidation Once the unit becomes available an appraisal of the asset will be prepared to identify the market value. This data is then routed to you, the lienholder, as a tool for measuring your collateral s expectations at the auction. Bids can be obtained at your request by us as well. You can employ us as your personal representative at the auction to ensure that you are obtaining the most dollars for your collateral. Transporting Collateral will be released to a local auto auction upon your request or if so desired we will transport the collateral for you at a nominal fee. Minor Repairs Cost estimates can be obtained for getting your collateral to an operable condition. At your request we will act as your representative and oversee all work being done to ensure that all work is performed in a timely and professional manner. Locksmith We have a professionally trained locksmith who can make the simplest key to the newest transponder keys using the latest equipment and technology available. As new keying is introduced by the manufacturers our locksmith is trained to these innovations. Out of Pocket Expense We have the ability to front most reasonable out of pocket expenses on your behalf without any additional expense to you. If reimbursed within a timely manner payouts are billed to you at cost. (ie. mechanical, paint and body, etc.) No collateral is too big nor too small... 5 Millennium Towing Equipment Medium and Heavy Duty Tiltbeds These units allow damage free transportation of all-wheel drive vehicles along with exotic sports cars. They are also capable of moving medium industrial equipment and farming implements, etc. Dynamic Wheel Lift Units These units avoid lift damage by gripping the wheels without making contact with the body or frames of the collateral. These units also have the ability to record both audio and video of each event as it takes place. We have a fleet of these units operating in the DFW metroplex area, each equipped with cellular phones, two way radios, and pagers to handle any and all of your needs.
