Our claims service has one focus setting your client s mind at ease by working quickly, smoothly and efficiently to put right whatever has gone wrong. We understand that your clients are relying on our expertise and support. So we re here for them whenever they need us at any time of the day or night, 365 days a year. Wherever your clients are in the world, they can call our single claims helpline and we will act immediately to deal with their emergency, whatever the loss. To deliver the highest quality of service, we ll provide your client with their own multi-skilled and professionally qualified claims specialist. As your client s dedicated contact, they will take responsibility for resolving the claim keeping you and your client regularly updated and ensuring complete satisfaction with the outcome.
