4 PRICING & PAYMENT $4,200 per person (double occupancy) WHAT IT INCLUDES: Price includes roundtrip airfare from Newark (EWR) to Israel, transportation in Israel, hotel accommodations in Israel, all meals while on tour, all tour admission fees, tour guide fees, and tips. NOT INCLUDED: Transportation to EWR, expenses related to travel layovers or interruptions, insurance, alcoholic beverages while on tour, or other incidental expenses (i.e., snacks, shopping, etc.). Tour price is based on double-occupancy accommodations. Individuals traveling alone will be assigned a roommate of similar age (if possible). In cases where three individuals are required to share a single room, a suite will be provided. Requests for single room accommodations are subject to hotel availability and will incur a surcharge of $2,500.00, payable at the time of registration. Travelers originating from outside North America must make separate flight arrangements to meet the tour group in Israel and may deduct $850 from the Final payment. Travelers who make their own flight arrangements to Israel regardless of the point of origin are also responsible for arranging transportation between the Tel Aviv airport and the tour hotel in Jerusalem. PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Deposit: $500 required with each application at time of registration First Payment: $1850 due by December 1, 2018 Final Payment: $1850 due by February 1, 2019 Applications submitted after December 1, 2018 must include both the deposit and 1st payment $2,350. 5 TERMS & CONDITIONS (Please read carefully) 1. ELIGIBILITY: The VBVMI Israel tour is intended for adults 18 yrs and up. Children 16 yrs and old may participate in the tour if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. At least one parent per child is required. 2. AVAILABILITY: The is limited to 36 travelers. Your place on the tour will be assigned based on availability at the time we receive your application and deposit payment. We regret we cannot hold a place on the tour without a completed application and deposit payment. 3. WAITING LIST: If the tour is sold out at the time we receive your application and deposit, you may elect to join our waiting list. Registering for the waiting list also requires a deposit payment. Deposits are fully refundable for as long as you remain on the waiting list. If a place on the tour becomes available, you will be automatically added to the tour, and your deposit payment will become subject to our cancellation and refund policy. Travelers cleared from the waiting list after December 1, 2018, will be required to submit any scheduled payments within 10 business days or be removed from the tour. If we are unable to clear you from the waiting list before the tour departs, we will refund your deposit automatically by May 15, HEALTH & MEDICAL CONDITIONS: The involves significant physical exertion and may include exposure to crowded, confined or high places. Participants may be required to walk unaided on hills, stairs and uneven ground for up to 10 miles (16 km) per day in outdoor temperatures as high as 100ºF (36ºC). Poor physical conditioning, injury, illness or other medical conditions, whether pre-existing or acquired while on tour, may adversely affect your enjoyment of and participation in the tour. VBVMI is not responsible for determining whether this tour is suitable for you. Each traveler is personally responsible for assessing whether he/she is able to meet the physical rigors of this tour. 5. TRAVEL PROTECTION: VBVMI strongly recommends all tour participants purchase a travel insurance plan to protect against travel interruptions, lost luggage, emergency evacuation/repatriation and medical emergencies while on tour. 6. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: VBVMI is not responsible for providing travel documents for entry to Israel. It is the sole responsibility of each traveler to obtain all necessary travel documentation and visas required to travel to Israel. American citizens traveling from the United States generally do not need to obtain a visa in advance of travel. Travelers originating outside the United States may be subject to other visa requirements. Please contact the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs for specific visa information ( Please note that Israeli immigration requires that your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your date of entry into Israel. 7. GROUP FLIGHT: If you travel on the group flight departing from EWR (Newark), VBVMI will purchase your airline ticket using the name you submitted on your application. Travelers are responsible for ensuring the name provided on the tour application is correct and matches the name on your travel documents (including spelling). Due to airline security regulations, any name change after booking (including minor spelling corrections) may incur a change fee. VBVMI is not responsible for denial of boarding by airport authorities or carrier due to a name discrepancy. When you receive your airline booking confirmation (approximately 60 days prior to departure), you may contact the airline to select your seat assignment. Travelers with frequent flyer status may update their reservation with a frequent flyer number or request an upgrade at that time. 8. WAIVER OF LIABILITY: Traveling internationally involves risks and dangers. These risks include (but are not limited to) death, personal injury or property loss resulting from physical exertion, falls and exposure; vehicle accidents; travel interruptions, food-borne or water-borne illnesses, criminal acts, acts of war, natural disasters, and other circumstances related to traveling internationally. By submitting your tour application and deposit payment, you acknowledge and accept these risks, and you agree to assume full responsibility for any and all personal losses, injuries or other damages you may sustain as a result of your participation in this tour, including but not limited to incidents that occur during travel to or from Israel. Furthermore, you agree to obey all laws while on tour in Israel and to comply with safety and security instructions and directives issued by Israeli authorities and your tour guides. You also affirm you are physically and mentally prepared for the demands of an international group tour, including walking unaided for up to 10 miles (16 km) per day in summer weather conditions. BY SUBMITTING YOUR TOUR APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, WAIVE, INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS VERSE BY VERSE MINISTRY OF SAN ANTONIO (D.B.A. VBVMI) AND ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FOR BODILY INJURY DEMANDS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, THEFT, TRAVEL OR TOUR INTERRUPTIONS, OR OTHER CAUSES OF ACTION OF ANY TYPE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEYS FEES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS TOUR, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE.
