7 Project Description The purpose of this project is to replace existing concrete pavers with new tile on the Ticketing, Baggage Claim, and Transfer exterior curbsides to match the new look of the interior curbsides and walkways. Project also includes landscaping and hardscaping improvements to the fountain areas on the Blue Baggage Claim level.

13 Project Description The project primarily consists of the following elements: Replacement of approximately 26,000 SF of existing 1-1/2 thick 24 x24 concrete pavers with 4 x24, 6 x24, 8 x24 and 12 x24 porcelain tiles built-up on an existing mortar bed. Landscaping and hardscaping improvements, including removal of existing frozen pebble and thin brick pavers with concrete underlayment slabs and replacement with new ground cover and colorized concrete slabs. Replacement of existing landscaping with new landscaping, irrigation, and lighting. Replacement of existing benches and lighted bollards with new benches and Owner furnished lighted bollards.

15 Schedule and Phasing General Phasing Notes: Nightwork for all phases. Only one pedestrian bridge / walkway corridor impacted at a time per level. Curbside work phased to limit pedestrian impacts. No lane closures. Maintain unrestricted vehicular traffic, access, and parking. Maintain unrestricted access to all R-A-C building entrances & exits. 15

18 Minimum Qualifications Respondents must be registered with the Florida Division of Corporations (FDOC) and be authorized to do business in Florida. Register with the FDOC ( Submit your response using the company s legal name as listed with the FDOC
19 Minimum Qualifications Respondents must be registered as a supplier with the Authority: Airport Business Supplier Registration Firms must log-in and update or confirm their supplier record information each year to remain in Active status in the Supplier database.
20 Minimum Qualifications The Respondent must not be listed on the following lists. State Convicted Vendor List Federal Convicted Vendor List FDOT Suspension List Construction/legal/NewSuspension.shtm
21 Subsection 1.09(E) & Section Minimum Qualifications Scrutinized Companies As of July 1, 2011, any Respondent on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List is ineligible for, and may not bid on, submit a proposal for, or enter into or renew a contract with an agency or local governmental entity for goods or services of $1 million or more. Complete and execute a Scrutinized Company Certification form. If subcontractors are proposed, a certification will be required from each subcontractor prior to that subcontractor starting work.

24 W/MBE Continued Letter of Intent Must be complete. Section 00100, Subsection 1.14 Minimum Qualification Must be signed by the W/MBE firm. Total amount proposed in Letter(s) of Intent must meet or exceed expectancy or must submit information on good faith efforts. If Bidder is a W/MBE, Bidder must submit a Letter of Intent for work Bidder proposes to self-perform and count toward the expectancy. Call the Procurement Agent with questions on how to complete. Failure to submit the required W/MBE information may render the Response non-responsive.
