"Reasoable prospects" is a 51% or greater chace of success, as assessed by a law firm or tax expert chose by DAS. I certai circumstaces, you may be free to appoit your ow legal represetative, who will be subject to the DAS stadard terms of appoitmet, icludig a hourly rate of 150 per hour.
