Each vendor will be responsible for any injury that may be occasioned to any kind of person or any damage to any property while on the grounds by any product owned or sold by him and shall indemnify the management against all legally established claims or damages of any kind or nature that may grow out of any injury occasioned by any product owned or sold by him. Also, a copy of your insurance COI must accompany application or $70 to purchased insurance thru the Agricenter. Please read the contract stipulations on Exhibitor space on the Exhibit Agreement page for additional requirements. BOOTH LOCATION ASSIGNMENTS: Booth location assignments are based on the following criteria in order of consideration: 1) Contract application must be received by the first deadline date with a 25% deposit. Agreement to Exhibit and deposit are due February 22, Final balance due April 16, 2019 along with proof of insurance. (please see addendum on insurance requirements) Failure to comply will result in loss of booth space, no refunds will be issued. 2) Exhibitor seniority based on continuous years of exhibiting at The Region 12 Championship Show. 3) Any contract application received after the requested deadline dates with the correct financial installments will be assigned based on availability on a first come first serve basis. INSURANCE - Exhibitors must provide proof of any and all insurance necessary to protect the Exhibitor, Region 12 and the Georgia National Fairgrounds. All must be named as additional insured. Proof of insurance must be included with signed contract or final payment. If you need to purchase liability insurance, please see the Insurance Application. Commercial General Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence / $5,000,000 Aggregate Personal Injury Liability $1,000,000 Premises rented to you $300,000 CHECK IN- All Commercial Exhibitors must check in before setting up to confirm space. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please contact Beverly Ross at (850) upon arrival beginning Sunday May 5, Arrangements for check in other than May 5th must be made with Vendor Coordinator. (contact information below) DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS & PAYMENTS- First deadline for applications and deposit is February 22, All contracts require a 25% deposit. All outstanding balances must be paid, without exception, in full by April 16, PIPES & DRAPES- Pipes, drapes, along with one table and two chairs will be provided to each inside vendor. (spaces are 8 x10 ) Please consult the enclosed listing of local business that can provide furniture, carpeting, decorations, etc. HOURS OF OPERATION- Commercial Exhibit areas will be open to the public from May6-May 11, Hours of operation are 8am-9pm. (the Federation ) and the local rules of the Region 12 Championship Show (Competition). I agree to be bound by the Bylaws and Rules of the Federation and of the competition. I will accept as final the decision of the Hearing Committee on any question arising under the Rule s, and agree to release and hold harmless the competition, the Federation, their officials, directors and employees for any action taken under the Rules. I represent that I am eligible to enter and/or participate under the Rules, and every horse I am entering is eligible as entered. I also agree that as a con- dition of and in consideration of acceptance of entry, the Federation and/or the Competition may use or assign photographs, videos, audios, cable - casts, broadcasts, internet, film, new media or other likenesses of me and my horse taken during the course of the com- petition for the promotion, coverage or benefit of the competition, sport, or the Federation. Those likenesses shall not be used to adver- tise a product and they may not be used in such a way as to jeopardize amateur status. I hereby expressly and irrevocably waive and release any rights in connection with such use, including any claim to compensation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or to misap- propriation. The construction and application of Federation rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any action instituted against the Federation must be filed in New York State. See GR908.4.
