We are an ATM company and have multiple ATM customers in Ohio. The Authority is soliciting offers from banks with at least 1.5% share of the Central Ohio market as ranked on the FDIC Deposit Market Share Report, by deposits as of June 30, What does each of the seven ATM locations charge for a transaction fee? ATM Providers may not charge a transaction fee higher than their non-airport ATM locations. How many transactions are generated at each location? The average transaction count per month for all ATM Providers terminal-wide is 11,000. We cannot transfer funds between savings and checking but can perform withdraws from both checking and savings. Can the requirement to transfer funds between accounts be waived? ATMs shall support transfers from checking to savings, and transfers from savings to checking. We are not a bank and do not have FDIC insurance. Can this requirement be waived? The Authority will only consider proposals from ATM Providers that are Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) insured. Our ATM s only dispense cash. Can the requirement to dispense other items in the future (stamps was mentioned) be waived? The Authority will waive the requirement to dispense ancillary items provided all other requirements are met. Can the Surety Bond requirement for 50% of the annual revenue (approximately $42, be reduced to 25% of the annual revenue (approximately $21,000.00)? The Surety Bond of 50% is an Authority standard requirement and cannot be modified. Question 8: Can the Proposal Bond requirement of $10, be lowered to $5,000.00? Answer 8: The Proposal Bond of $10,000 is an Authority standard requirement and cannot be modified. Question 9: Answer 9: What is the cost for the TSA and FAA background checks? 2019 Schedule of Fees, Rates and Charges for the Airport ID Office are as follows (subject to annual change): ID Badge Issuance (Initial Issuance) $15 / badge

Would the CRAA consider a bid from a non bank ATM operator assuming all other requirements are met? Answer 10: The Authority will only consider proposals from ATM Providers that are Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) insured. Question 11: What is the current transaction volume for all terminals? Answer 11: The average transaction count per month for all ATM Providers terminal-wide is 11,000. Question 13: Reason for reduction from 7 to 4 machines Answer 13: There is no reduction in machines, or changes to location. Question 14: How many denominations the machines must provide Answer 14: Each ATM must have the capability to dispense multiple denominations in the event the Authority requires bills smaller than $20.00 to be dispensed.
