2 Vlunteer Waiver Vlunteer s Agreement and Release frm Liability 1. Vluntary Participatin: I have applied t participate as a vlunteer in the Rebuilding Tgether OKC hme repair prject (the Prject ), in which the hmes f disadvantaged persns will be repaired by vlunteers. I understand that as a vlunteer I will nt be paid fr my services, that I will nt be cvered by r eligible fr any insurance cverage (if any) prvided by Rebuilding Tgether, ther Prject vlunteers r spnsrs, r Prject hmewners, including but nt limited t medical, prperty and liability insurance, and wrkers cmpensatin benefits. I further agree that my participatin in the prject may be terminated at any time by Rebuilding Tgether r by me. This release cvers my participatin any day I wrk fr Rebuilding Tgether. 2. Assumptin f Risks: I AM AWARE THAT, BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROJECT, I MAY BE EXPOSED TO PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH OR DAMAGE TO MY PROPERTY AS A RESULT OF MY ACTIVITIES, THE ACTIVITIES OF OTHER VOLUNTEERS, OR THE CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH MY VOLUNTEER SERVICES ARE PERFORMED.
