Respnsibilities University Cuncil Reviews prgress with achieving health and safety bjectives and targets Mnitrs prgress against perfrmance indicatrs t identify deficiencies Reviews results f WHS audits and the actins taken by the University in respnse t audit findings; Reviews the adequacy f cntrls/crrective actins put in place by the University t mitigate health and safety risks. Senir executives (Vice-Chancellr, Deputy Vice- Chancellrs, Pr Vice- Chancellr, Vice-President, Executive Deans) Respnsible fr ensuring that WHS perfrmance is mnitred and evaluated; and initiatives t prmte perfrmance imprvement and preventin f adverse trends are established and implemented. University Health and Safety Cmmittee Respnsible fr mnitring the effectiveness f the University's WHS Management System, including review f WHS perfrmance. Assciate Directr, WHS Respnsible fr ensuring that the infrmatin required fr mnitring and evaluating WHS perfrmance is develped, cllected and disseminated as apprpriate, including infrmatin frm University cntrlled entities. 4.
