2 L A K E W O O D S H O R E S P O A P A G E 2 President Corner: Gree ngs: We had a great turn out for the 2018 annual mee ng on June 16. Each of the commi ees gave great reports with a lot of informa on to share with the membership. There were a lot of great conversa ons and discussions both during and a er the mee ng and a great me was had by everyone at the cookout on the deck immediately following the mee ng. The Board of Directors will con nue their work moving the POA in a posi ve direc on and con nue to review and update our longrange plans as well as maintain, improve and sustain the POA in the future while working within the budget. The Board will be looking at the budget very closely over the coming months and we will keep you posted along the way. If you a ended the annual mee ng on June 16, you know that we have many exci ng things planned for the next few months at the and I hope we can get a lot of par cipa on from our membership for these events. In addi on to the social events, there are improvements, renova ons and updates planned for many of the ameni es here within Lakewood Shores. We have a great bunch of people working for us here in the associa on as well as many dedicated commi ee members, board members and volunteers that help to make Lakewood Shores the successful fiscally responsible community and the great place to live that it is today. Not all of the decisions made are easy and some mes decisions are not posi ve where some of our members are concerned.
