DECIDE, PAR LES PRESENTES: 4. admnsters the fnances of the band and acts as the Band Treasurer; - by collectng, recevng and bankng at regular ntervals all moneys under the control of Councl or held n trust; - by ssung recepts where applcable; - by keepng such books or records of accounts as requred to ensure a complete and accurate record of all fnancal transactons, ncludng a system of budget control; (such as Recreaton, School Commttee and any organzaton whch handles publc band mones); - by safely keepng all funds, records, books of accounts, nvoces, vouchers, recepts, and other documents or papers related to the fnancal operaton of all organzatons on the reserve, wth the excepton of the pow-wow club. - by submttng, at least quarterly, comparatve, detaled fnancal statements ; - by advsng the Councl on all matters related to the fnances of the band; - by recommendng annually, an estmate of all band 'revenues and proposed expendtures under Councl control; - by ensurng that all requrements of the annual audt are met; - by authorzng expendtures upon pror approval of Councl. 5.
