Program expenditure during the period under audit has been correctly reported in the project financial statement. 2. Prograrm funds were utilized for the purposes for which they were intended, 3. Program expenditures were e xclusively financed througl the program furncs and no other sources of funds have been received for incurring these expenditures; 4. Proper books of accounts have been maintained and the program financial statemenis are in agreement with the books of account: 5. Program financial statement has been prepared in accordance wlith the accounting policies disciosed in the audited annual financial statements of BSEIDC: 6. The accounting, and interna: control systems underiying the program and ovecsight over the program funds were adequate and maintained throughout the audit period; and 7.
