As per Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India and Public procurement policy, you are requested to please give exemption for payment of EMD and Tender Fees, to MSME registered companies. Will the bank bear a part of the cost for the ESCROW arrangement or whether the Bank's safe locker be used for storing the related source code with all the necessary ation. For validating PAN and Aadhaar, will the API's be provided by Bank? Will Bank share their Aadhar authentication module for us to integrate CKYC solution or our CKYC solution validates the customer against the Bank's CRM? Is bank having NSDL/UIDAI (AUA/KUA) subscriptions/licenses for this. Vendor has to use banks credentials and APIs to make this work. Also, Aadhaar Validation is part of e- KYC solution functionality, is bank also looking to bundle e-kyc with C)KYC Solution. Please give clarity on this point. However, all such modifications or changes shall also be handed over to the vendor. In no way shall any change made change the rights on the software We have not seen this requirement by other major banks requiring CKYC software, as its an enterprise proprietary solution. Search Criteria through Names of the customers is currently not available in the CERSAI portal. Kindly consider to revise the criteria to searching based on the criterias available in CERSAI portal. Request bank to share Scope of Work for integartion with all the applications. As integration is mamoth effort and includes cost implication and can't be generic term. Will share with H1 Bidder The proposed solution should be capable of using existing scanners available at branches as per description of CKYCR uploading requirement. Please share what all scanner are being used by the bank at branches. At present Canon,Epson,HP flat bed scanners are provided to branches.however the vendor application should be capable of using anyother scanner procured by the Bank. Page 5 of 14

What will be the bandwidth of any such branches? Kindly revise the clause as per below. This is specifically true for Govt. Organisations, Start-ups and MSME firms. So we request you to kindly modify the clause as under: The Bidder if a Govt. 8 Eligibility Criteria The Bidder should have minimum annual turnover of Rs.10 Crores from its Indian Operations, during the last three financial years ( , & ). This must be individual Company s turnover and not that of any group of Companies. If any agent/ distributor/ re-seller/ Channel partner is making the offer, then the turnover criteria is applicable to their turnover and not to the principal. Audited Balance Sheet and P/L Statements and certificate from the Auditor should be submitted. In case the Audited Balance sheet for FY is not available, provisional Balance Sheets duly certified by the auditors should be submitted. We request you to kindly make it reasonable As per RFP considering the fact that MSME s and new start-ups will not be able to qualify for the bid. We request you to kindly change it as under : Companies registered under MSME should have minimum turnover of Rs. 3 Crore in the last financial year as per latest Audited Balance Sheet and should submit a certificate from the CA that they have Rs. 3 crore turnover for the current year i.e Bidder who are registered under Start-up India with DIPP should be exempted from this clause. This is in line with the guidelines issued by the Startup ministry, GOI, MSME Department and CVC. The bank kindly consider revising the point to CKYCR solution instead of DMS Solution as the RFP is related to CKYCR Clause Removed Page 12 of 14

13 ,Annexure 6 point no 2 SI should have implemented DMS solution at atleast 2500 locations in all The RFP is for CKYCR & please clarify on 2500 location Clause Removed This clause does not find mention in the Eligibility Criterion mentioned under clause 9 on page 18. It finds mention on page 48. It is to be noted that many of the new software companies like ours have built in DMS with CKYC software and are not DMS software suppliers. The CKYC solution provided meets all requirements as asked for by the bank. Thus you are requested to relax the term as under : The bidder must have successfully Initiated / completed the project of CKYCR Software with Document Management in at least one bank including Co-Operative Banks ANNEXURE 12 (Sr. No. 3) Facility Manager (Onsite Support) Our understanding is Facility manager is not required for 1st year & Bank will make payment additionally if required for 1st year. AS per RFP Annexure General What will be expected number of branch with in the 5 years? 44 General What will be expected number of users and concurrent users within the 5 years of time? 14 14 45 Cost of RFP & Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) : Page No.3 Our Request : We are registered as As per Govt Guidelines MSME/SSI company with Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (Govt. of India) as well as with NSIC (National Small Industry Corporation) Govt. of India. As per their guideline, registered unit will get exemption for tender application fees and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD). Kindly provide us exemption in the fees and EMD. Please find enclosed registration certificate. 46 Facility Management Services Request Bank to provide clarity if bank require any facilty management services if yes request bank to confirm on the number of resource required & no of shift per day.
