The Achieva team continues to place utmost priority on our members and we are thrilled to share in celebrating these accomplishments with you. 83% POSITIVE MEMBER EXPERIENCES in 2018 One of the most notable accomplishments in 2018 is the acquisition of Preferred Community Bank. This merger adds three branch locations to our footprint in Lee County, providing more options to our members and creating the opportunity to serve new members gained through the process. Branch network improvement continued in Pinellas County as well, with the construction of a new branch and drive thru location in Largo. The inventive branch design provides an updated banking experience for our Largo area members as it replaced the antiquated previous Largo location. Building on our roots in education, the launch of the Achieva Cash Class seminar series allows us to work closely with our community to provide financial education and guidance on a variety of topics. Achieva employees take great pride in being a part of this Credit Union team, gaining recognition as a Top Workplace by the Tampa Bay Times for the sixth year in a row. Additional accomplishments include maintaining our Superior 5-Star Rating (the highest rank) from BauerFinancial, a national, independent bank research firm, and being recognized as a top mortgage lender in the state of Florida. The culture of Achieva Credit Union is perhaps best displayed through our community partnerships and contributions. Hosting four annual Achieva community fundraising events to support the Achieva Foundation, a 501(c)3 corporation, our team of employees volunteered their personal time to engage with their neighbors to raise funds for distribution as local classroom grants. Additionally, Achieva takes pride in supporting various other events and sponsorship initiatives in the areas we serve. One of the most impactful initiatives this year was our involvement in the Salvation Army Angel Tree program, serving as host locations throughout our market with 350 angel tag sponsorships from our staff and members. Your Credit Union once again held a strong performance in 2018, with total assets of $1.7 billion, which reflects growth of $183 million. Total loans grew to reach $1.3 billion, while total deposits came to $1.5 billion and our capital ratio was 11.99%. Product and service offerings also continue to provide a robust range of options to fit our members needs at every stage of life. Our team understands the value of providing good service to our members and ensuring each one feels like a VIP. It s our honor to support your financial journey and assist you in reaching your goals. We are eager to see what GOOD things lie ahead in 2019 as we continue to strive for higher excellence. Sincerely, report The condensed financial statements were derived from the audited financial statements as of and for the years ended December 31, 2017 and TD Hawkins, Chairman of the Board Gary Regoli, President and CEO Achieva Credit Union 2018 Annual Report 2 Achieva Credit Union 2018 Annual Report 3
