5 BORSSELE I&II Consortium Innogy & Macquarie BLIX supported an international consortium of Innogy and Macquarie Capital with their bid. BLIX acted as senior project manager and provided package management on windturbines, foundations and cables 5

6 BORSSELE III&IV Undisclosed international consortium BLIX supported an international consortium with their bid. BLIX provided package management on wind turbines, foundations, cables and O&M. We helped identify more than 300 million Euro cost savings and optimisations 6

7 ASSEMBLY OF COMPONENTS TenneT TSO BV, Germany For TenneT, BLIX acted as interface manager, QHSE site supervisor. BLIX steered the supply chain parties assembling components at the offshore substations of German wind parks Nordsee One and Godewind I & II 7

8 OFFSHORE HIGH-VOLTAGE STATION C-Power, Belgium BLIX acted as marine and civil package manager, structured the project management processes, implemented a quality system and developed a strategy for the maintenance of the offshore highvoltage station 8

9 WIND FARM LUCHTERDUINEN Eneco Wind, Netherlands BLIX supported the project team of Eneco in the tender process for wind turbine foundations & related electrical works of offshore wind farm Eneco Luchterduinen (130 MW) and acted as interface manager 9

17 WIND FARM BORKUM Trianel Wind Farm Borkum, Germany BLIX performed an independent due diligence for the shareholders group on the O&M strategy, contracts and budgets of the Borkum offshore wind farm 17

18 DUTCH GRID INVESTMENT Ministry of Finance, Netherlands BLIX performed a technical and contractual due diligence on the 2 billion Euro investment decision requested by TenneT for 5 offshore substations, export cables and related infrastructure for the Dutch Grid at Sea 18

19 Taskforce offshore wind energy 2020, Netherlands In 2010 BLIX fulfilled the role of secretary of a Taskforce advising the Minister of Economic Affairs and the Dutch Parliament on the optimal route towards 6000 MW in

20 33 kv or 66 kv Ministry of Economic Affairs, Netherlands Second opinion on the choice of TenneT for 33 kv or 66 kv infield cables for the Dutch Offshore Grid, including risk assessment and modelling of the impact upon the offshore wind developers business case 20

21 DOLWIN GAMMA Nordic Yards, Germany BLIX created an optimal O&M strategy for Dolwin Gamma, the 900 MW offshore HVDC platform, fabricated by Nordic Yards for TenneT Germany 21

22 WIND FARM GALLOPER Galloper, United Kingdom BLIX supported the project team with strategic advice on the contracting strategy of offshore wind farm Galloper. BLIX created two contracting scenarios on the basis of balance sheet finance and project finance 22

23 Energy Valley, Netherlands BLIX acted as programme manager offshore wind energy, with a focus on development of a supply chain, creation of the Northern Netherlands offshore wind network for SMEs, inward investment, international electrical connection projects, lobby, innovation and education 23
