17 Business Initiatives Consumer Banking - Intensifying Tanda 360 o and Taka campaign to acquire more new customers. - Intensifying internet and mobile banking campaign to acquire more new users. - Launched Voyage Credit Card, the first metal credit card in Indonesia with premium concierge service which exclusively designed for the highly affluent customers, including business owners, professionals, and executives. - MOU Signing Ceremony for strategic partnership between Bank OCBC NISP & Mastercard in order to encourage digital payment among debit card users. - Launched Tanda 360 Plus, which is a savings account with 12 currencies in one account. - Officially licensed by PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) as an administrator Bank Rekening Dana nasabah (RDN). RDN is an account that must be owned by investors related to the sale and purchase of capital market securities through securities companies. - Launched various Mutual Fund products ie. Batavia Proteksi Cemerlang - Launched Referensi Kontrak Pengelolaan Dana & Reksa Dana Penyertaan Terbatas. 17

18 Business Initiatives (Cont d) Private Banking Bank OCBC NISP has announced the launch of its private banking service. The establishment of OCBC NISP Private Banking strengthens the bank s position as a leading wealth management services provider and also as strategic step to provide comprehensive financial solutions to the affluent segment in Indonesia. OCBC NISP Private Banking offers the integrated solutions from various type of products and services, both banking and non-banking, in Indonesia and abroad. 18

19 Corporate Action Continuous Public Offering Bonds II Bank OCBC NISP Phase II Year 2017 To diversify funding, Bank OCBC NISP raised Rp 2,002,000,000,000 through the Continuous Public Offering Bonds II Bank OCBC NISP Phase II Year The bonds issued in 3 series, namely: Series A for a term 370 days in the amount Rp 1,248 billion with a 6.75% interest rate, Series B for a term 2 years in the amount Rp 300 billion with a 7.30% interest rate, Series C for a term 3 years in the amount Rp 454 billion with a 7.70% interest rate. The proceeds was fully used for loans expansion. Continuous Public Offering Bonds II Bank OCBC NISP Phase III Year 2017 To diversify funding, Bank OCBC NISP raised Rp 1,759,000,000,000 through the Continuous Public Offering Bonds II Bank OCBC NISP Phase III Year The bonds issued in 3 series, namely: Series A for a term 370 days in the amount Rp 975 billion with a 6.15% interest rate, Series B for a term 2 years in the amount Rp 175 billion with a 6.75% interest rate, Series C for a term 3 years in the amount Rp 609 billion with a 7.20% interest rate. The proceeds are being used entirely for loans expansion. 19

20 Corporate Social Responsibility Smart Future As part of Participation to National Financial Inclusion program conducted by OJK, Bank OCBC NISP held an Education Game called Smart Future with participant of students as well as local media in several cities in Indonesia. Refurbish Public Facilities Bank OCBC NISP donated money by refurbrishing public facilities, such as renovation of Futsal Field Tanaka & Basketball Court Taman Nostalgia in Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur Scholarship Program In Partnership with Karya Salemba Empat (KSE), Bank OCBC NISP provided Scholarship for the state universities students. Simple Financial Education for Housewife In collaboration with Sharia Business Unit, Bank OCBC NISP conducted a Simple Financial Education Workshop for Housewife. This program was held at OCBC NISP Tower on 15 th June 2017 with 200 participants. 20

21 Corporate Social Responsibility (Cont d) Partnership with Persatuan Istri Purnawirawan Angkatan Laut (PIPAL) / Navy Veteran Spouse Organization. Bank OCBC NISP Supported Entrepreneurship program that were run by the Navy Veteran s spouse and distributed scholarship for Navy Veteran s children. Eid Al-Adha Supported Eid Al-Adha celebration in 4 Mosques around OCBC NISP office on 1 st September Joint CSR with OCBC Singapore Provided electricity for 100 households and built village library in Girimukti Village, Cipongkor Bandung on 26 October employees from Bank OCBC NISP and OCBC Singapore participated in this program. Talkshow with Experts: Health Education & Self Empowerment Bank OCBC NISP held a talkshow with Experts regarding health education and self empowerment which attended by 67 youths with thalassaemia (school drop out). The event was held at OCBC NISP Learning Center Bandung on November Donation for Children with Thalassaemia Bank OCBC NISP donated in order to help medication, education and recreation expenses for 100 children with thalassaemia in Tasikmalaya, garut and Palembang. 21
