4 Brief Background Established in Bandung in 1941: NV. Nederlandsch Indische Spaar En Deposito Bank Fourth oldest bank in Indonesia. Solid track record in surviving crisis including in 1998 Indonesian banking meltdown. Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in offices and 537 ATMs (as of 31 December 2008) with more than 22,000 ATMs network (including ATM Bersama, ATM BCA, BankCard Malaysia and OCBC Bank-Singapore). 5,518 dedicated employees (as of 31 December 2008). Change the name to PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk as of 22 December 2008 Core market: > 70% in consumer & small-medium enterprises (SME). 4

The first bank in Indonesia to provide the online tax payment program (E-Tax), appointed by the Ministry of Finance. The Bank, in cooperation with OCBC Bank, has launched an internet-based cash management system, Velocity, to help corporate customers to improve efficiency of their financial management. Convenient billing payment programs via e- banking features such as Citibank online, easia, Fren, electricity, water supply (Sumatra Barat and Batam), Nusa Pro, IBFT Prima, ABN Amro, DBS, and Indosat. 19

20 Qualitative Review Strengthening Human Capital Creating an improvement plan of Human Capital Management system by the implementation of Webbased Human Capital Information System (HCIS) infrastructure. Encouraging all employees to have opportunities to fill any vacant position at every layer of the organization through internal assessment process. Sustainable transfer of knowledge from OCBC Bank through various program such as training, Attachment Program, etc. Carried out various training and development programs in OCBC NISP Learning Center for all employees from various cities in Indonesia. 20

Sales and Service Culture BEE Customer Engagement Launching a proprietary sales and service training model to deliver assurance of customer care, quality and consistency. Process Reengineering Launching several re-engineering programs such as Bancassurance application, Mortgage application etch which resulted in improved customer satisfaction and cost efficiency. Liquid Platinum Credit Card Launching the Liquid Platinum Credit Card, a unique credit card offering special rewards and privileges to the Bank s loyal customers. 15,614 cards have been issued by end of
