In general terms, the purpose of Development Regulations Amendment No. 7, 2001, is change the Development Standards under Use Zone Tables under the Central Business District as follows: 1. a) Minimum building line setback 4 metres b) Maximum height 15 metres c) Either the rearyard depth or sideyard width shall be minimum of 4 metres while the other shall conform those as specified in the R1 Zone. 194
