The Tender Price is apportioned in accordance with the table shown on the following page. The unit prices will be applied in accordance with PART 6 CHANGES IN THE WORK of the General Conditions of the Stipulated Price Contract (CCDC ), as modified by the Supplementary General Conditions (Schedule 1 to Part D Form of Agreement). The alternate prices will be applied in accordance with PART 6 CHANGES IN THE WORK of the General Conditions of the Stipulated Price Contract (CCDC ), as modified by the Supplementary General Conditions (Schedule 1 to Part D Form of Agreement).
