PrizeDrawCriteria:EligibleConsumerEntrantsmustpurchaseaCitizenbrandedwatchwithin thepromotionperiodfromanyparticipatingretailer,thenvisit prizedraw(asdetailedinpoint5.consumermajorprizedrawbelow).foreverycitizenwatch purchased,aseparateentrymustbecompletedandsubmittedtobedeemedasavalidentry. GENERALCONDITIONSOFENTRY 1. TheseconditionsofentryapplyinrelationtoallPromotionsforCitizenWatchesAustralia Pty Limited customers, participating retailers and their staff, run by Citizen Watches Australia Pty Limited. The Program Rules terms and conditions provided for each Promotion will be in addition to these General Conditions of Entry. If there is an inconsistency between these General Conditions of Entry and the Promotion Rules conditions of entry, the Promotion Rules conditions of entry will prevail but only to the extentnecessaryandonlyinrelationtothatpromotion. 2. Instructions and information on how to enter form part of the Promotion Rules. ParticipationinanyPromotionconstitutesacceptancesofthePromotionRules. Rewards/recognition 3. Any Reward or element of a Reward not taken by the time specified by Citizen Watches AustraliaPtyLimitedwillbeforfeited. 5. All expenses associated with taking or accepting a Reward, including any travel related expensesnotexpresslystated,aretheresponsibilityoftherecipient. 6. The recipient and any other participants in taking a Reward may be required to sign an acknowledgementofriskandwaiverofliabilityforeachrewardandacknowledgethatthe specified Promotion Rewards are inherently dangerous, and if they choose to participate theywilldosoattheirownrisk.inparticular,areasonablelevelofhealthandfitnessmay

Rewarddetailswillbedeliveredtothewinnersaddressasspecifiedontheirentryform. Taxation 8. PrizerecipientsareresponsibleforanytaxassociatedwithreceivinganyReward.Taxmay be payable on the market value of the assessable Reward irrespective of whether that Rewardcouldbeconvertedintocashortherecipientcouldobtainthemarketvalueofthe Rewardifreasold. 9. Neither Citizen Watches Australia Pty Limited nor its related companies are qualified tax advisersandwedonotacceptanyresponsibilityorliabilityforthevalidityofinformation provided in relation to these matters. Participants should ensure that appropriate professionaladviceandassistanceisobtainedinrelationtotaxation.exceptasexpressly providedfor,neithercitizenwatchesaustraliaptylimitednoritsrelatedbodiescorporate acceptanyliabilityorresponsibilitytoreimburse,inpartorfull,anyamountoftaxinvolved. Audit 10. CitizenWatchesAustraliaPtyLimitedreservestherighttoauditanyRetailerrelatingtoany Promotion and/or reported data and information at any time for any reason and in any manner it sees fit. The Retailer will cooperate fully with Citizen Watches Australia Pty Limitedintheauditprocess. 11. CitizenWatchesAustraliaPtyLimitedreservestherighttoinvalidateanyRewardsearned or recognitions given during a Promotion affected by inaccuracies or errors discovered throughtheaudit. Disqualification 12. Ifaparticipant: Variation (a) providesinconsistent,inaccurateorunverifiableinformation; (b) doesnotcomplywithcitizenwatchesaustraliaptylimitedpoliciesandproceduresor theprogramrules; (c) is,orisreasonablysuspectedofbeing,inbreachoflawsrelevanttotheoperationof theretailer sbusiness; theparticipantmay,atcitizenwatchesaustraliaptylimitedsolediscretion,beexcluded fromparticipationinanypromotionsrunningattherelevanttime. 13. TheRewardsareofferedattheabsolutediscretionofCitizenWatchesAustraliaPtyLimited andcitizenwatchesaustraliaptylimitedreservestherighttowithdraw,cancel,varyorin any way change at any time without notice, the eligibility criteria and/or the Rewards offeredunderthepromotionpendingrelevantregulatoryauthorityapproval. 14. CitizenWatchesAustraliaPtyLimitedreservestheright,initsabsolutediscretion,tovary at any time any Promotion Rules, including these conditions of entry. Unless otherwise specifiedbycitizenwatchesaustraliaptylimited,allsuchvariationsshallbedeemedto operateretrospectively.subjecttoregulatoryauthorityapproval. 15. 5 16. CitizenWatchesAustraliaPtyLimitedwillnotbeliableforanylossordamagesufferedor sustainedbyparticipantsresultingfromanywithdrawal,cancellation,variationorchange. General 17. Citizen Watches Australia Pty Limited interpretation of the Promotion Rules, including determiningeligibilityforrewards,willbefinalandbinding.alldecisionsarefinalandno correspondencewillbeenteredinto. 18. Citizen Watches Australia Pty Limited is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer onaline systems, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website,oranycombinationthereof,includinganyinjuryordamagetoparticipantsorany otherperson'scomputerrelatedtoorresultingfromparticipationinordownaloadingany materials in a Promotion. If any Promotion is not capable of being conducted due to circumstancesbeyondcitizenwatchesaustraliaptylimitedcontrol,includingduetoany technicalorcommunicationsproblems,citizenwatchesaustraliaptylimitedreservesthe right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion subject to approval from any relevant authority. 19. CitizenWatchesAustraliaPtyLimitedanditsagenciesandcompaniesassociatedwiththis promotion will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without limitation to that caused by any person s negligence) relating to a Promotion or theawardingortakingoftherewardsexceptforanyliabilitywhichcannotbeexcludedby law(inwhichcaseliabilityislimitedtotheminimumamountallowablebylaw). 20.
