Docket A Euclid Avenue WARD: 3 Samal Euclid, LLC and Euclid Avenue Garage LLC, TIC, Owner of the Property appeals from an ADJUDICATION ORDER, dated December 19, 2016; appellant states that they shall submit revised construction documents demonstrating compliance and in accor-dance with their responses within six (6) months as directed, stating that they would be appeal-ing portions of the Adjudication Order. 2 notice; (2) Appellants are not required to comply with the notice and install a new pump and new fire sprinkler system because Appellants maintain a pre-existing, lawful, non-conforming use, and courts have held that new codes should not be applied retroactively to existing buildings; and (3) even if Appellants are required to comply with the notice, the Fire Marshal cannot compel Appellants to install the aforementioned items because it imposes an undue financial hardship on Appellants. HOUSING: PUBLIC HEARING: Docket A Bailey Avenue (Rear) WARD: 3 Brandon Isner, Owner of the Two Dwelling Units Two-Family Residence Two & One/half Story Frame Property appeals from a NOTICE OF VIOLATION HAZARDOUS CONDI-TIONS, dated December 07, 2016; appellant states that his goal was to either demolish or renovate the rear house, and eventually renovate the front house; stating that the violations, which he does not dispute, will ask the current tenants to move out of the house and he will renovate the house starting in the spring of 2017 and hope to sell it this summer. Appellant has an investor and will interview contractors in the next few weeks. Docket A East 107 th Street WARD: 9 (Kevin Conwell) Prince M.
