Appellant states that there is no direct reference of a Men s Shelter in the OBC in the occupancy use; stating that the Men s Shelter is a transient dwelling (R-1), which is used as a basis for calculating the plumbing requirements. Consequently, the plumbing fixture calculation could not meet those requirements, and Appellant would request that the Board hear their case under the current conditions of which the Men s Shelter is currently operating.
