2 VERIZON FLORIDA LLC GENERAL SERVICES TARIFF Original Page Company s Verizon Online service, Verizon FiOS service, Customers who meet the criteria detailed in the following promotional offers will receive a one time bill credit which will be applied to the total monthly bill, on a per Billed Telephone Number (BTN) basis. This promotional offer is subject to the termination liability agreement pursuant to the tariff.
