Section A2 General Regulations Original Page Original Page The purpose of this filing is to offer promotional bill credits to qualified business customers who satisfy the criteria detailed in the accompanying Promotional Offers A, B, C, D and E. Promotional credit amounts vary in accordance with the Promotional Offer. Promotional Credits will be applied to the total monthly bill, on a per account basis, for each of twelve (12) consecutive months. These promotional offers are subject to the termination liability agreement pursuant to the tariff, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be used to satisfy delinquent balances owed to or any affiliate. Eligible customers are limited to one (1) direct bill credit offer per rolling twelve (12) months.
