1 TECHMAHINDRA 2017 ACTIVE OPEN ENROLLMENT Online Enrollment Instructions Step 1: Logging On Type in: www. mymarketlink.com/techmahindra into the address bar of your internet browser If this is the first time you are using this site follow the instructions below for your user name and Password. Your Username consists of: USERNAME: Techmahindra EE ID number (Numeric Only NO Alpha Characters) PASSWORD is your birth date in the YYYYMMDD format, your first name initial (lower case), your last name initial (UPPER CASE), plus an exclamation point (!) Example: Rebecca Gray, Date of Birth August 14, 1962 PASSWORD: rG! First time users will be prompted to select a new Password, set their Security Questions and update their Profile which includes a choice of avatar. (Note: Every year during Open Enrollment your password will reset back to your date of birth in the YYYYMMDD format, your first initial (lower case), your last initial (UPPER CASE), plus an exclamation point (!)) 2 Step 2: Welcome Screen From this screen, you will be able to enroll in or make changes to your benefits, see your benefits summary, and review Benefit Plan Information among other resources. First, we will go through the Enrollment Process; later in this document, we will review steps to update enrollment information. During the annual open enrollment period a reminder will provide you with the number of days you have left to enroll in your benefits in a band at the top of the page. MARSH & McLENNAN AGENCY, LLC 2

3 Step 3: Enrollment You will be notified of the enrollment due date. You must complete your enrollment by this date. You also have until that date to revisit mymarketlink.com/techmahindra to make any changes to your enrollment if necessary. Click Enroll Now MARSH & McLENNAN AGENCY, LLC 3

4 Step 4: Add Dependents TechMahindra has an Active 2017 Enrollment. This means you must add your Dependents for coverage, if not, you will be covered under Associate Only MARSH & McLENNAN AGENCY, LLC 4

5 Step 5: Visit OBEO Health Decision Support Tool Obeo Health is a free web-based tool that Tech Mahindra is offering this year to help you select a medical plan. Through a secure connect from the MarketLink enrollment site, you connect to the Obeo tool. Obeo can show you the cost of each plan based on the care and coverage you need and then recommends a plan based upon your information. Key features include: Personalized ratings for each plan -> See how your options stack up Estimate of total cost -> including premium and out-of-pocket charges Recommendations for pre-tax contribution to your health spending account -> HSA or FSA Forecast the cost of potential health events -> new diagnoses, injuries or pregnancy MARSH & McLENNAN AGENCY, LLC 5

6 Step 6: Continue with your Active Enrollment You ll continue through all your benefits on similar screens, each giving you the opportunity to compare plans and make elections. First, the avatars for all benefits eligible persons will appear, and you must choose who will be covered by the plans. You can make your selections by clicking on the Choose Plan button at the bottom of each option. Once all boxes are checked for plans you wish to compare, click next to view the comparison. (See the following page)

7 Step 7: Complete Enrollment Confirm Enrollment Selections/Summary Once you complete all your coverage elections, you will land on the Summary page. You must click the I m Done Enrolling button to complete your enrollment. Summary: A Full View of Your Benefits MARSH & McLENNAN AGENCY, LLC 7
