11 Odborový svaz sklo keramika - porcelán In January 2015 Conclusion of the Higher Level Collective Agreement between OS SKP and Association of Glass and Ceramics Industry of Czech Republic for the period This collective agreement ensures higher claims for workers than the legislation. Collective agreement ensures the increase of wage tariffs for glass and ceramics sector about 3 %. Recently we in agreement with Association of Glass and Ceramics Industry of Czech Republic prepare the enlargement of concluded higher level collective agreement to other subjects.

14 Odborový svaz sklo keramika - porcelán The average monthly wage in companies covered by OS SKP was in 1st half of 2014 about 3,8 % higher than the average in Czech Republic ( CZK).

18 Collective Bargaining Sector Level 2015 START: August bargaining rounds PRIORITIES / DEMANDS: Odborový svaz textil oděv - kůže Wage increase at least 2% growth of average wage for the whole TC sector Working conditions for employees over the age of 55 - Working regime adjustment (decrease of working phase, decrease of rhythm of production facilities, etc., without wage cut) - Personal development (education and possibilities of carrier development for employees of this age group, too - Increase of number of breaks above the Labour Code limit without cut of wage RESULT: Collective Agreement of Higher Level for Textile, Clothing Sector for the year 2015 WAS NOT CONCLUDED Employers refused to sign the Agreement despite positive opinion of their negotiators OS TOK recommended to affiliated organizations to negotiate at the enterprise level in terms of requirements at sector level

19 Odborový svaz ECHO Chemical section Collective bargaining of higher level increase in the remuneration of about CZK by leaf in retirement increase in surcharge for night work 0.50 CZK on a minimum amount of CZK surcharge increase for work on Saturday and Sunday 0.50 CZK on a minimum amount of CZK Sectoral agreement - young people for chemical industry Sectoral agreement is not legally enforceable, but creates the organizational, moral and ethical framework for all participants. The main objective of sectoral agreements in the field of chemistry is to ensure enough young people to the chemical industry.

Energy Regulatory Office - we follow the development of the rules of the regulation on the IV. regulatory period, what will be the upcoming restrictions cost regulated entities in the business of collective agreements
