3 EN Official Journal of the European Union L 195/1 II (Non-legislative acts) DECISIONS COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING DECISION of 26 June 2014 on grantg derogations to Member States with respect to the of statistics pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 549/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerng the European system of national and regional accounts the European Union (notified under document C(2014) 4164) (Only the Bulgarian, Croatian, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Fnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Irish, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish and Swedish texts are authentic) (Text with EEA relevance) (2014/403/EU) THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION, Havg regard to the Treaty on the Functiong of the European Union, Havg regard to Regulation (EU) No 549/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on the European system of national and regional accounts the European Union ( 1 ), and particular Article 6(1) thereof, Havg regard to the requests made by Kgdom of Belgium, Republic of Bulgaria, Kgdom of Denmark, Federal Republic of Germany, Republic of Estonia, Ireland, Hellenic Republic, Kgdom of Spa, French Republic, Republic of Croatia, Italian Republic, Republic of Cyprus, Republic of Latvia, Republic of Lithuania, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Hungary, Republic of Malta, Kgdom of the Netherlands, Republic of Austria, Republic of Poland, Portuguese Republic, Romania, Republic of Slovenia, Slovak Republic, Republic of Fland, Kgdom of Sweden and United Kgdom of Great Brita and Northern Ireland, Whereas: (1) In accordance with Article 6(1) of Regulation (EU) No 549/2013, the Commission should grant temporary derogations to Member States so far as national statistical systems of the Member States necessitates major adaptations for the application of that Regulation. Derogations should only be granted on duly justified grounds. (2) It emerges from the formation provided to the Commission that the Member States requests for derogations are justified by the need for major adaptations to national admistrative and statistical systems order to comply full with Regulation (EU) No 549/2013. (3) Such derogation should be granted, at their request, to Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Spa, France, Croatia, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Fland, Sweden and the United Kgdom. (4) The measures provided for this Decision are accordance with the opion of the European Statistical System Committee, ( 1 ) OJ L 174, , p. 1.
