1 Chapter Instructions 1 - Each submission should be in an 8 1/2" x 11" pdf format with a maximum of 0 pages, including sections tabs (not required) and cover. File size should be no more than 10 MB. 2 - Address each section/criteria in the order given. Include photos, charts, graphs, etc., to demonstrate your Chapter's achievements, emphasizing quality over quantity. 3 - Qualification period is January 1 - December 31, Submit your file to admin@sdanational.org with "2018 CEA Award, Chapter" no later than Friday, March 23, 2018 at :00 pm EST.
2 Section 1 - Executive Summary Include a summary of why your Chapter deserves recognition with the Chapter Excellence Award in a concise, well written, and informative fashion. Include highlights, challenges and successes of your Chapter's activities over the 2017 calendar year. Limit your response to two pages. Subtotal 20
3 Section 2 - Best Practices Present five () of your Chapter's best practices. Examples: Membership Campaign, Member Retention, Educational Program, Networking/Social Event, Chapter Fundraising Effort, Communication Tool, Professional Development, and/or Leadership Development. 2 Did your chapter and/or members(s) submit for recognition in any of the National Award Programs?
