This interest amount occurs from the loan VND (signed agreement in July, 2010 and in April, 2011) with the aim to utilize for Thanh Cong Tower 1 Project. At the time of this Report, accumulated interest amount is 2,189,695,343 VND, however Company has not paid to major shareholder yet. Besides, there is one receivable amount from major shareholder Eland Asia Holdings Pte.,Ltd equal to: 458,823,313 VND, this amount is paid by Company on behalf of the major shareholder Eland Asia Holdings Pte.,Ltd in Vietnam and will be repaid.
